我是陳伯彥，在大學時期，曾寫過一篇論文討論在covid-19期間，口罩對於聽障者的影響。因此，為了更深入了解障礙研究，在就讀社會所碩士時，我寫了一篇關於臺灣合理調整和聽障者實際職場上的施行狀況。希望藉此提供關於合理調整的政策建議。
My name is CHEN-BO-YEN. When I was in college, I wrote a paper discussing the impact of masks on the hearing impaired during covid-19. Therefore, to have a deeper understanding of the study of disability, when I was studying for a master's
degree in sociology, I wrote a paper about the impact of reasonable accommodation in Taiwan on the hearing impaired. I hope to provide some suggestions for social policy.
